The programme required an open mind, flexibility and a willingness to challenge ourselves and each other to do things they may have not previously considered. Well done to every single person who took part in this programme, we had a wonderful experience and a fantastic result for Kodak.

A special congratulations to Terry Cook who received the Highest Achievement Award voted for by his colleagues. Terry's final report was professional, making many very important points and helping us all understand the benefits that have been received and in Terry's words "we are on a marathon, not a sprint".
