At the age of 21, Diane was the youngest Front of House Manager of a 5* hotel in London. By 24, she had moved to Switzerland and was regularly commuting between Zurich and Bangkok with her role as PA to the Chairman of a shipping company. By 27, she had moved to the highly charged and fast paced environment of Energy Resources and came into contact with Business Leaders on a national and international level including Jimmy Carter, President of the United States due to her company Chairman's involvement with the establishment of the Carter Centre in Atlanta, Georgia. She took the decision in 1990 to change direction and worked for 6 years in the City of London in Commercial Banking before taking up the post of Resources Director of a leading Sales and Marketing Agency in West London for 7 years. She returned to Yorkshire in 2003 to gain a better work life balance, and joined the Harrogate business, Broker Network Ltd to work with the CEO on acquisitions.

A constant in Diane’s life, has been a genuine interest in people, a ‘can do’ proactive attitude and the confidence to take on new challenges when the opportunities arose. She brings to 2inspire not only a wealth of business and life experiences but also a passion for developing people.
