CNG MD Jacqui Hall has received an award on behalf of the CNG team from leadership and cultural change specialists 2Inspire; following completion of the company’s first development programme.

CNG engaged 2Inspire to deliver a company-wide schedule of course sessions designed to incite cultural change and boost the ability of team members to achieve maximum success. This is one part of a major strategy which will see CNG work through all sections of the business to excel in service, job satisfaction and competitive offering.

The programmes are designed to improve key areas of not only business, but also key areas of an individual’s personal life.
